Welcome to SSWRMSA’s registration portal for the 2026 season! Below you'll find everything you need to know about House C teams, Thunder Rep teams, fees, volunteer commitments, and more.
Season Overview
- House C Teams: Formed in March, play April, May and June
- Thunder Rep Teams: Formed in September (previous year)
- Game & Practice Start Times: Between 5:30-6:30 PM (field-dependent)
- Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, AMEX & Mastercard only

Rep A & B Division Registration Fees
NOTE: A $100.00 late fee applies to Thunder rep player registrations received after October 31
- Players must be selected during tryouts to register.
- Thunder teams U13 and older purchase their own jerseys — no uniform deposit required.
- Team fees are paid directly to the Thunder team once budgets are finalized.

Registration & Deposit Details
💰 Fees & Deposits
- Fees: Paid directly to the association at registration
- Deposits: Set up during registration for uniforms and volunteer commitments
- Processing Fee: $0.01 added at registration; balance charged if obligations unmet
- Volunteer Hours: Up to 4 hours or $175.00 per player
- Team-specific duties do not count toward association hours
- Alternative Payments: Post-dated checks required if not paying by credit card
X Cancellation Policy
- Before Feb 1: Full refund minus $25.00
- Feb 1 - Mar 31: Full refund minus $50.00
- After Apr 1: No refunds
