REP A & B Thunder Registration (Regular Season)

  • To register for a Thunder team you must have been selected following tryouts (in September) to play in the Thunder Rep A or B division.

SSWRMSA Registration information for the upcoming season (2025).  

  • Regular Softball Season runs from April to June
    • Teams formed late March for House C Teams
    • Teams formed late September (previous year) for Thunder Rep Teams
  • for U9 and Up
    • Game and Practice Start times would normally be approximately 6:30 pm, however since fields are available from 5:30 pm start times could be earlier on occasion

Registration Fees: 2025 Learn to Play & House C

Late Registration Fee will be applied to registrations received after February 28th - $50.00 for U9 to U20

  • Spaces are limited, Register early to avoid disappointment

Registration fees are paid to the association at time of registration.

Uniform and Volunteer Deposit Deposits are Set-up at Registration

  • Added to Registration, Initial processing fee of $.01, Balance paid at the end of the Season if obligations not met
  • Volunteer Hours of up to 4 hours or $250.00 required per Family ($125.00 per player)
    • Team Volunteer Duties do not count towards your Required Association Volunteer Hours
  • Post Dated Checks will need to be submitted at season start for those that use an alternative payment method than credit card

  • Thunder Teams will purchase their own Jersey's - no uniform deposit required.
  • *Team fees are paid to the Thunder Team, once budget has been determined and approved.

Volunteer Deposits

Cancellation Fees:

  • Before February 1, 100% less $25.00 fee
  • Between February 1 and March 31 , 100% less $50.00 fee
  • April 1 and later, no refunds will be returned
