Pitching, Batting and Catcher Clinics (Weekly and Drop In)
SSWRMSA is please to host daily clinics for PITCHING, BATTING and CATCHER training. Players can register for a singe clinic session or for multiple sessions.
Cost: $10 per session

Pitching Instructor - Lindsay Bell
Lindsay Bell is a certified Softball Canada CanPitch instructor and a National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP)-trained coach, bringing a strong foundation of technical expertise and competitive experience to her role as a pitching instructor.
Lindsay is a UBC Thunderbirds alumni player (2020-2025), where she has built a reputation for poise, power, and precision in the circle. She began her softball journey playing minor ball with SSWRMSA, Fraser Valley Fusion, and the White Rock Renegades, where she developed into one of the region’s top pitchers.

Lindsay is passionate about helping young pitchers refine their mechanics, improve their mental game, and develop the confidence to succeed under pressure. Her commitment to athlete development and love for the game make her a valuable mentor and coach for the next generation of pitchers.
Batting Instructor - Catrina Hedin
Catrina Hedin is a University of British Columbia (UBC) Thunderbird softball alumni, where she competed as a versatile catcher, utility player, and clutch pinch hitter. A proud product of South Surrey White Rock Minor Softball Association (SSWRMSA) Thunder and Delta Heat, Catrina developed her game through hard work, adaptability, and a deep love for the sport.
Currently, Catrina serves as the Assistant Coach of the Cloverdale Fury 07A team, a dominant program with an impressive record of 3 provincial championships and 2 national titles under her leadership. Her coaching style emphasizes strong fundamentals, mental toughness, and a confident approach at the plate.
Looking ahead, Catrina is set to join the UBC coaching staff as an Assistant Coach for the 2026 season, bringing her wealth of playing and coaching experience back to her alma mater. Passionate about player development, she is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential as both hitters and teammates.
