SSWRMSA 2026 Tournaments

Registration links will be added to the chart before the listed "Registration Date" for each tournament.

All games will be played at the newly renovated SUNNYSIDE PARK.

Notes:

All tournaments listed above include 3 round robin games plus 1 guaranteed playoff game.

Exceptions:

U13A Invitational: 5 round robin games plus 1 playoff game.

U11 Jamboree: This is a District 7 only event; details will be provided later in the season.

U9 Fun Fest (SSWR teams only): 2 games only.

We recognize that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to balance fairness for participating teams with the operational costs of hosting our events.

Weather or Association-Related Cancellations

• One (1) game played: Teams will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee.
• Two (2) games played: Teams will receive a 25% refund of their entry fee.
• Three (3) or more games played: No refund will be issued.
• Full tournament cancellation (e.g., rain or other uncontrollable factors): Each team will receive a refund of their entry fee, minus a $150 administrative fee to cover fixed costs.

Team-Initiated Cancellations

• All team cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to tournaments@sswrmsa.com.
• 30+ days before the tournament: Entry fee refunded, less a $150 administrative fee.
• Less than 30 days before the tournament: Entry fee is forfeited; no refund will be issued.
