Stefan’s coaching résumé reflects a steady progression through South Surrey White Rock Minor Softball Association’s development pathway. He began as Head Coach of the U11C Lime Drivers, then led the U11 Thunder Select 2013 team in 2023. In 2024, he guided the U11 Rep Thunder 2013 through a standout season in the inaugural year of SSWRMSA’s U11 Rep program. In addition to his work within SSWRMSA, Stefan has served as an assistant coach with both the U15A Fraser Valley Fusion 09 and the U13A White Rock Renegades 09. Throughout his coaching journey, he has consistently demonstrated passion, reliability, grit, and a strong team-first mindset.
Stefan is deeply committed to developing young athletes and helping them thrive in a competitive environment. His focus is on individual and team progress—instilling confidence, building strong fundamentals, and fostering a love for the game.
“I am passionate about working with and developing young players,” says Durston. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see them grow, compete, and build confidence both on and off the field.”
