We are thrilled to announce that our annual Opening Day Celebration is happening on Saturday, April 13th, at Sunnyside Park!

This day is not just about fun and games; it's a chance for us to showcase our association and extend gratitude to the dedicated volunteers who make our softball experience in South Surrey/White Rock exceptional.

Here are the key details you need to know:

Event Date: Saturday, April 13th

Location: Sunnyside Park Diamond 1

Team Parade: Teams are requested to gather with their coaches at 9:45 AM along the pool fence for our parade of teams. Volunteers will be on hand to guide everyone. Our house teams will lead from youngest to oldest, starting with our U9s, then our Thunder teams will follow with U11, U13, etc.

Once all teams are lined up at Diamond 1, we will sing O Canada, then hear short speeches from our digitaries.

Team Cheer and Banner Contest will follow immediately after!

Team Picture Day: Every player will receive an Express Proof card for their online photo viewing. No pre-ordering or paperwork is required. The team photo schedule is below this email.

Opening Ceremony: Scheduled for 10:00 AM and 11:15 AM.

It is important that everyone comes out to support our association on this special day. Let's make it a memorable start to the season!
